Cause

Cause of following may have occurred failure of sending mail.

• File size of scanned data is too large.
• Printer's memory is full.

What to Do

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error and take the corresponding actions below.

• Lower the resolution and retry to scanning.
• Reduce the documents and retry to scanning.

If the error recurs after taking the above actions, select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error and take the corresponding actions below.

• Check the maximum attachment file size for sending the scanned data.

  You can set the maximum attachment file size with Remote UI.

• Check your mail server condition.
