Cause

Prevent paper abrasion has been set.

What to Do

Prevent paper abrasion may reduce print speed.

If you continue printing with prevent paper abrasion applied, select Yes on the printer's touch screen.

If you disable this setting, select No to cancel printing.

Then select (Setup) on the printer's HOME screen, Printer settings, Print settings, and then set Prevent paper abrasion to OFF.
