Cause

Paper size may not be compatible with automatic 2-sided printing.

What to Do

The paper sizes supported for automatic 2-sided printing are A4 and Letter. Make sure that the paper size loaded in the printer and the paper size specified when printing match one of these sizes.

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to eject the paper and restart printing from the front of the next piece of paper. The reverse side of the ejected sheet is not printed.
