Cause

Cassette paper settings are incomplete.

If the screen similar to the following is displayed on the printer's LCD, the cassette paper settings are incomplete.

If the paper loaded in the cassette matches the paper information displayed on the printer's LCD, press the printer's OK button.

If it is different, register the correct paper information.
