Some emoji and symbols are not supported. They may not be printed even if entered.
Printable items vary depending on your printer.
Available functions and settings vary depending on your printer.
We recommend that you use the application on the following devices to prevent unstable operation (e.g., unable to print multiple copies).
- iOS/iPadOS devices: iPhone 6s or later, iPad Air 2 or later, iPad mini 4 or later
- Android devices: Models with 2 GB or more of RAM
In this guide, descriptions are mainly based on the screens displayed when using Android 13.

Restrictions on Printing

Printing on disc labels (CD/DVD/BD), paper larger than A4, or small size paper such as business cards is available on supported models only.
Borderless printing is available on supported models only.
In bordered printing, the margins may be uneven as shown below, depending on your model.
