Deleting the Undesired Print Job

If the printer does not start printing, canceled or failed print job data may be remaining.
If this happens, delete the undesired print job.

The following instructions are shown using screens displayed in Windows 11 as an example.

  1. Select the Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Printers & scanners

    Your connected printer will be displayed.

  2. Click the icon for your printer and select Open Print Queue from the displayed menu

    The Print Queue window will open, showing a list of pending print jobs.

  3. Delete the print jobs

    Right-click the print jobs you want to delete and select Cancel.
    When the confirmation message appears, click Yes.
