Setting Up Envelope Printing

Note

  • Depending on your printer, envelope printing may not be supported.

  1. Load envelope on the printer

    2. Note

    • Refer to your printer's online manual and load the envelope in the appropriate paper feed position.

  2. Open Canon Print Assistant's setup screen

  3. Select the paper size

    On the Basic Settings tab, select the size of the envelope under Page Size, and check that Printer Paper Size is set to Same as Page Size.

  4. Select the media type

    Select Envelope in Media Type.

  5. Set the orientation

    To print the addressee horizontally, select Landscape for Orientation.

  6. Select the print quality

  7. Click OK to start printing
