Preparation

If you have not completed the fax setup, set it up from FAX Setup Guide.

Fax Operations

Sending Fax

  1. STEP
    1

    Place original.

  2. STEP

    Enter phone number.

  3. STEP

    Send.

Receiving Fax

  1. STEP
    1

    Load paper.

  2. STEP

    Receive.

In Fax only mode

The fax will be received automatically.

In TEL priority mode

  1. The phone rings.
  2. Pick up the handset.
    When you hear the fax tone, wait for at least 5 seconds after it stops, and then hand up the handset.
  3. The fax will be received.
